Privacy Policy

Coop & Cellar, a DBA of Losee Productions LLC ("we," "us"), makes digital spreadsheet products for home canning, preservation, and homesteading, and shares tips on social media. This policy covers our website, our storefronts, our emails, our social media accounts, and the small app we use to publish to those accounts. It explains what we collect, why, and your choices. What we collect

• Order information — when you buy, our storefronts (Gumroad and Etsy) collect your name, email, and billing details and process your payment. We receive your name, email, and order details; we never see or store your full card number.
• Email address — if you subscribe to updates or buy a product, so we can deliver your files and send occasional product news.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited) and, if enabled, a Pinterest tag to measure which pins lead to visits. No sensitive data is collected.

Social media and our publishing app

We run Coop & Cellar accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. We use our own private app, connected through the official Meta API (and, where enabled, the TikTok and Pinterest APIs), to:

• Publish posts to our own accounts — the Coop & Cellar Facebook Page, Instagram account, TikTok account, and Pinterest boards. The app only posts to accounts we own.
• Read performance numbers for our own posts — counts like reach, views, likes, comments, saves, shares, and link clicks. We use these totals to decide which content to make next.

The app does not offer "Log in with Facebook" or any other social login. It does not ask you to connect an account, and it does not read your profile, friends list, or private messages. When you like, comment on, or share one of our posts, the platform shows us your public username and what you wrote, just as it would show anyone. We don't copy that into our own records, sell it, or use it for advertising. Anything you post on those platforms is also covered by that platform's own privacy policy: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.

How we use it

• Deliver the products you purchased and provide support.
• Send updates and offers you opted into (every email has a one-click unsubscribe).
• Understand what's useful so we can improve our products.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our shop, each under their own privacy terms:

• Gumroad and Etsy — storefront, checkout, and payment processing.
• Resend — sending our emails.
• Google — delivering the Google Sheets version of products.
• Pinterest — advertising/analytics measurement, if enabled, and publishing to our boards.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok — publishing to our accounts and reporting how our posts perform.

Cookies & tracking

We use minimal cookies for basic analytics and, where enabled, conversion measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Your choices & rights

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any message.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing coopandcellar@gmail.com. See how to delete your data, including anything connected to our social media accounts.
• Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK/California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data. We honor those requests.

Children

Our products are for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Data retention & security

We keep order and email records only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations, and we use reputable providers that protect data in transit and at rest.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
