Data Deletion

You can ask Coop & Cellar, a DBA of Losee Productions LLC, to delete any personal information we hold about you, including anything connected to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest accounts. It's free, and you don't need to explain why.

What we might hold

• Your name, email, and order details if you bought from us or subscribed to our emails.
• A message you sent us by email or on social media.

Our publishing app has no user logins and doesn't store information about people who interact with our posts. Its records only cover our own posts and their totals, like reach and likes.

How to request deletion

1. Email coopandcellar@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request."
2. Include the email address you used with us, and your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest username if the request is about social media.
3. We'll confirm we got your request within 7 days, and we'll finish deleting within 30 days.

Comments and posts on social media

You can delete your own comments on our posts at any time, right in the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest app. If you'd like us to remove a comment or message from our account, include a link to it or a screenshot in your email and we'll delete it.

What we have to keep

Some purchase records have to be kept for tax and accounting reasons. If that applies, we delete everything else and keep only what the law requires, for as long as it requires. Gumroad and Etsy keep their own order records under their own policies.
